Choosing your time
Is a 90-minute massage right for you?
An hour may be enough if you want a general massage or have one main area in mind. Ninety minutes gives you more room to combine those plans, such as a full-body session with extra attention to your shoulders.
Tell the therapist what's most important to you before you start. There isn't a fixed number of minutes for each body part, so you can discuss how to use the time.
At $100, the 90-minute session costs $30 more than the $70 hour. See all massage prices if you're comparing your options.
