What happens during a foot massage

You'll take off your shoes and socks and settle into a reclining chair. The massage focuses on your feet, including the soles, arches and heels, with work into the calves.

Tell the therapist about any sensitive spots before they begin. You can ask for lighter pressure, more attention to an area or a pause at any point.

30 or 60 minutes

The 30-minute foot massage is $30. It's our shortest foot session and the lowest-priced service on the menu.

The full hour is $50. That's $10 less than two separate 30-minute foot sessions at $60. Choose the hour if you'd like more time in the chair.
